After intense months of work on the rugby fields of Treviso and Dublin, on Monday 1st April our latest work “Look Beyond – Lo Sguardo Oltre” was presented.
Look Beyond tells the thrilling true story of Ian McKinley, Irish rugby promise forced to retire at 21 after losing his left eye vision, and now a player in the Italian national team. A story of strength, courage, resilience and family, made with the support of Sportfund.
A packed room that of the Modena cinema in Trento, with many rugby fans in the area but also curious spectators who have followed the story of a champion carefully and with passion. Present Ian himself, his wife Cordelia and his family, and his mother Pam, the great protagonist of the film. There were many questions and curiosities after the screening. To follow, a long moment of meeting, photographs and autographs with small and big fans. The evening ended in the best possible way with a DJ Set by our Alberto Beltrami, looking forward to many more screenings in the future!
The 52-minute version of Look Beyond will soon be released by TVCO. Meanwhile, the film version will be presented in Treviso on May 6 and in Bologna on May 8. Keep following us for more news on this incredible story!
