Luci del Deserto, il nuovo album di Alberto Beltrami con le colonne sonore dei film di Aurora Vision, presentato a New York.
Aurora Vision is back in the United States, this time in New York. The preview presentation of Alberto Beltrami’s new album was held on Friday 25 January 2019. At the launch of the album, produced by Aurora Vision, on Broadway were present among others Nina Davuluri, Miss America 2014 and human rights activist, and six representatives of the Club New York City of Trentini nel Mondo.
The Lights of the Desert album – Lights of the Desert – collects the soundtracks of 12 Aurora Vision documentaries, composed by Alberto Beltrami and two new unreleased songs by the singer-songwriter.
The soundtracks take the listener on a journey with atmospheres from Japan, Sri Lanka, the Middle East, Ethiopia, Ghana, Europe, the United States, Mexico and Ecuador.
While the two songs represent a return for Alberto Beltrami, and a novelty with Marianna Beltrami. The themes are very current and in line with the productions of Aurora Vision. Going, maybe staying is inspired by the Trentino emigrants crossing the ocean on the Atlantic steamer at the end of the 19th century. Lights of the Desert, composed by Marianna Beltrami, brings back the hopes of those who cross the various deserts in the world and in life.
Nina Davuluri expressed her great appreciation for the music and all the work of Aurora Vision. Then listening to the stories of the people from Trentino who found themselves in the lyrics of the song was exciting.
The album is available in a numbered edition on CD at Aurora Vision, while from February 14 it will be listened to on all major music stores and streaming services (including iTunes, Spotify, Amazon Music and Google Play) with the English title Lights of the Desert.
